Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions
Chopped jalepeƱos

Chopped cilantro- use the stems! They are good and crunchy- and there is nothing wrong with them!
Shells:
Wheat, flour, green, red soft tortillas- whatever you prefer

Tomato, Radish, Onion & Egg Sandwich
… because the tomatoes really aren’t at their peak at this point in the season.
1 boiled, sliced egg
Half a tomato
1 thinly sliced/shaved radish
thinly sliced/shaved onions
salt, pepper
mayo or vegannaise
Leave out what you don’t like.
Choose your favorite bread, toast, butter, mayo, layer and eat.
